Lead the people and adoption dimensions of technology transformation programs for banking and wealth management clients.

Responsibilities
- Design change strategy and stakeholder engagement plans for transformation programs
- Develop and deliver training and enablement programs for advisors and staff
- Track adoption metrics and benefits realization against business cases
- Partner with program leadership to sustain momentum post go-live
Qualifications
- 5+ years in change management within financial services or professional services
- Experience supporting large-scale technology or operating model transformation
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Change management certification (Prosci or equivalent) preferred
