Implement and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions for advisory, servicing, and operations use cases.

Responsibilities
- Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CRM for advisory and client servicing workflows
- Build Power Platform automation and low-code applications for operational efficiency
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with core banking, custody, and data platforms
- Support client teams through user acceptance testing and go-live
Qualifications
- 4+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Experience in financial services CRM or servicing workflows preferred
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
- Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform preferred
