Responsibilities
- Lead strategic advisory workstreams for wealth management and private banking clients
- Develop operating model and digital transformation recommendations
- Present findings and roadmaps to senior client executives and boards
- Mentor advisory analysts and associates
Qualifications
- 8+ years in wealth management, private banking, or financial services consulting
- Demonstrated experience advising executive and board-level stakeholders
- Strong understanding of advisory operating models and regulatory context
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
